In gnosticism this would be referred as pneumatics (awakened individuals), psychics (partially/capable of awakening), hylics (purely material and has no divine spark). Awakening being realization of divine spark and joining with a deity after death. Or whatever. It would be essentially synonymous with the concept of a soul only that it isn't created.
